RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND RECORDS RETENTION TRAINING COURSE

Venance Duncan Kambona

Instructor

Venance Duncan Kambona is an academic staff, in the Department of Library and Media Studies at The Open University of Tanzania (OUT). Currently he study Master of Arts in Records and Archives Management at University of Dar es Salaam. He serves both administrative and his academic activities at OUT Kahama Regional Center. He hold a Bachelor of Information and Records Management from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) and Diploma in Records, Archives and Information Management from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). Previously, he worked as Human Resource Records Officer at National Bank of Commerce (NBC) Limited Head Quarter. As an academic staff he is interested in Records Management and Archival Administration, Cataloguing, Information Searching Retrieval, Automation of Information Centers, Digital Libraries Management, information literacy, and Data Analysis. Venance's area of research interest is on Digital libraries as well as Records Management and Archival Administration.
